As a designer, Elizabeth is inspired by new approaches to big ideas that have a sustaining impact on humanity. With her keen eye on contemporary issues, she strives to combine radical concepts on energy and sustainability with function and practicality. Studying content from physics to aesthetics, Elizabeth seeks to consider the social, technical, and ecological questions pertaining to each project she pursues. With this cross-disciplinary approach to design, the debate that follows every project is destined to become an integral part of her design process.

Her work is an outflow from her upbringing. Elizabeth grew up in a small town close to Ann Arbor, MI. Her father and mother were pioneers of the natural food industry, and daily encouraged her (and her three older siblings) to live, act, and create consciously. Through their actions, her parents instilled the values of a holistic lifestyle and directly influenced her desire to improve humanity through sustainability and innovation.

Going forward, Elizabeth is reaching far to improve social responsibility towards our environment, economies, and communities; meanwhile exposing natures inherent playful spirit and beauty.
